The fourth leg proved to be decisive where the Mavericks 80 pins, gained us a 21 advantage and led to our first home match victory in the British Blackthorn Championships. Up to then the match could have gone either way, with the Budleigh team being in front. Note only 5 legs are played in this competition instead of our more usual 6.
