The Mavericks played out a very closely fought ecounter with the Spudlers from Tiverton, to take a win but only by 4 pins, to the away leg next week. The 19 pin positive pin difference on the second leg in our favour helped clinch the victory in our home match. Note only 5 legs are played in this competition instead of our more usual 6.
